The two pool areas were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the convenience of having a waitress at the family pool. 🍹 The only downside was the inconvenience of waiting for assistance due to the lack of separation between the check-in and help desk areas, but it didn't detract from an overall enjoyable stay.

I loved the beautiful views of the hotel grounds and the swimming pools. Waking up to the sight of the courtyard or poolside from my king-bedded room was truly refreshing. The daily dinner specials at Barefoot were fantastic, and the staff at the pool area made our time there enjoyable with their friendly service and attention to detail.

I was disappointed to find that the room had a musty and moldy smell, along with issues such as a leaky shower and neglected cleanliness in the bathroom area. This detracted from the overall experience and fell short of the expected standards, particularly considering the price paid for the stay.

Its location just 20 km away from Orlando International Airport made for an easy and quick commute, allowing me to relax and unwind without the hassle of a lengthy journey. the hotel's proximity to Church Street provided me with a great opportunity to explore the local area and enjoy some leisurely activities during my short stay.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the long wait for the shuttle service. I had to stand in line for 40 minutes, and upon finally reaching the front, I encountered issues with my room reservation, leading to a mix-up with my assigned room.

The room itself was brand-new and well-appointed here with garden, the AC did n't soak the carpet.

The location was magnificent because it was near to the supermarket, Sea World from here and attractions nearby. In the evening we went to Ihop, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The receptionist's mistake with room prices was quickly rectified, and the manager even refunded our parking fee. The complimentary breakfast and drink cards for my birthday weekend were a delightful surprise, and the cleaning staff's dedication to finding a do not disturb sign for our senior dog was heartwarming. This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel valued and appreciated.
